Focus of our work

We are a service provider for all relevant business topics in the Wetterau district.

We support you in your business affairs, whether you want to move your business here, develop your infrastructure, market your land, etc. The focus of our work:

2005:

• Continuation of the projects from 2004
• New: Start in the field of portfolio maintenance
• New: Expansion of the services for companies and local authorities

2004:

• Real estate service: Development of Internet database, maintenance of contacts to estate agents; search support for enquiries
• Development of business parks: Commissioning of preliminary appraisals; sector analysis
• Municipal marketing: Active participation in Friedberg; accompanying and initiating further processes in different communities

In addition:

• Network creation: Creation of a consultant network to be able to solve/develop customer problems/projects
• Tourism: Creation of museum guides, participation in the development and realisation of the tourism concept for the Wetterau district
• Development of individual projects e.g. leisure project ‘Taufsteinhütte Schotten’, location search Karl-Wagner-Haus
• Trade fairs: Exhibitor at ‘ExpoReal’ Munich and ‘Kompetent’ in Friedberg; visit to the ITB, preparation of sub-contracting stand 2005
• Municipal development: Support for communities with individual projects
• Wetterau railway project: Package harmonisation, conclusion of overall project; start of individual project
